Women's History Month

Enjoy a fascinating glimpse into the contributions of some of Milwaukee’s amazing historic women in honor of Women’s History Month! Learn about Wisconsin’s first female physician, the visionary women behind the development of the Soldiers' Home, the founder of Milwaukee’s first animal shelter, the “Johnny Appleseed” of Little Free Libraries, and many more inspiring figures.
We will meet at Panera across the street from the library (in Ruby Isle) at 5:45 for a bite to eat, then head to the library for the program (7-8:15).
